This year’s event will feature a deep dive into Tennessee’s housing landscape—why it matters, how it got so expensive, and the federal, state, and local policies shaping the market. Join Tennesseans from across the state to engage in solutions-focused conversation about the specific levers and best practices to address the unique housing needs and goals of communities statewide.

FAQ

Will breakfast or lunch be served?
Yes, each ticket includes a buffet lunch. The meal will include salad, pulled pork, brisket, mac & cheese, and seasoned vegetables. Coffee and tea will be served in the morning.

Will there be parking on-site?
Yes, parking is available, and each attendee will have access to complimentary valet service.

Can I attend virtually?
This event is an in-person event in Nashville, TN. A virtual option will not be offered.

I am attending from out of town; is there a hotel block?
Yes, we have a discount with The Gallatin, which neighbors the venue. Use code “sycamore” for a discount off of stays between September 17-21. Note: enter the code before searching for available rooms.
