Why did you want to intern at The Sycamore Institute?
The Sycamore Institute stood out to me because of their data-driven, nonpartisan approach to address issues affecting Tennessee’s health and prosperity. I’ve seen firsthand that when we engage with policy on the forefront, we can create better outcomes for others, and I want to work towards a Tennessee where health and well-being are tangible for all. I’m looking forward to learning more about state government operations and growing my experience in the policy field.
Where do you want to be in 15 years?
I want to be back in my home state of Tennessee using my legal and analytical skills to advocate for research, resources, and effective policies to promote health and well-being.
